SPF/FC-200A Bookletmaker
The Standard Horizon SPF/FC-200A fully-automated combination stitcher/folder and face trimmer is equipped with a user-friendly 10.4 intelligent color touchscreen that provides advanced set-up automation and centralized control. The SPF/FC-200A brings bookletmaking automation and operator ease-of-use to new heights with quick and automated setups that include folder roller gap settings. Precise stepper motors drive end stops, side guides, stitching heads and other systems to the exact location for the sheet size and finish style selected. The SPF/FC-200A features an integrated hand-marry station for increased flexibility, and a built-in error eject tray which allows for non-stop production at speeds up to 4,500 booklets per hour. IM-30 Sheet Inserter
The Standard Horizon IM-30 In-line Sheet Inserter, complements the StitchLiner SaddleStitcher and SPF-200A Bookletmaker. The IM-30 is capable of inserting up to 3 independent sheets into booklets at speeds up to 4,000 per hour. The IM-30 can automatically insert sheets in the middle of or beneath the top sheet of a booklet when connected in-line with the Standard Horizon StitchLiner SaddleStitcher or SPF-200A Bookletmaker. The IM-30 has three bins with 4.9 inches of capacity in each, allowing for less frequent reloading of paper. The IM-30 uses the same patented rotary-pulse vacuum feeding system as the proven VAC Series collators, and delivers exceptional productivity on nearly all paper stocks for inserts such as post cards, hole-punched sheets, and folded sheets. The IM-30 is equipped with a touch-screen control console for ease of operation, advanced programming, error detection and system monitoring. System functions are presented using an icon-based graphical interface. This provides for easy training, operation and troubleshooting. The IM-30 eliminates manual processes to increase productivity and reduce labor costs.

The SPF-20 is equipped with two heavy duty stitching heads for extra system reliability and efficiency. The SPF/FC-20 can be put in-line with the full-line of Horizon collators.

F40 Bookletmaker
The Standard F40 Bookletmaker is the perfect entry-level unit for automated in-house bookletmaking for smaller shops and organizations. The set-up and operation are straightforward. Four staple head positions offer maximum flexibility and can easily staple and fold up to 25 sheets of 20-lb. paper. The F40 can also function as a corner/side stapler both as a stand-alone as well as in its in-line configuration. The soft rubber folders handle a wide range of stock without marking. It functions both in-line with a Standard QC-S30/QC-S300 (friction) collators (plus other brands) or in as a stand-alone unit as well.

M2 Bookletmaker
The Standard M2 Bookletmaker is a compact, manually fed machine that is perfect for short run environments like churches, schools, on-demand print shops or in-plants. The M2 let’s you make booklets from paper ranging in size from 5.5" x 8.5" to 11" x 17". Booklets can be up to 15 sheets of 20-lb. paper stock. Changing from one size stock to another is extremely easy and can be done in less than a minute. The M2 can handle regular staples (up to 5 in a booklet) or loop staples (eliminating the need for 3-hole punching) and, if used without a staple head, can fold up to 20 sheets in half, creating an ad hoc folder for multi-page bulletins, newsletters, or catalogs.
