FRN-6 Numberer
The Standard FRN-6 is the economical choice for smaller in-plants, instant or commercial print shops. The sheet spacing system uses electronic pulses to ensure accurate registration. The top-feed friction feed system is extremely easy to set up and maintain even when numbering multi-part sets. The in-feed and delivery trays fold away for space-efficient roll-away storage. Each FRN-6 comes with a Leibinger reverse numbering parallel head.

SRN-9X Numberer
The Standard SRN-9X is a proven, high-speed suction-feed rotary numbering system that produces clear number definition, even through multiple part sets, by ensuring positive point contact and easy platen pressure adjustment. As the head rotates, the numbering head is advanced, re-inked, and the number is offset directly to the sheet or set, just as on a press. You can repeat, skip and do multiple numbering without stopping the sheet, producing up to 36,000 impressions per hour.

Simple programming allows you to number, perforate, or score individually or simultaneously. Gothic (7) wheel reverse numbering heads offer many repeat sequences: 0,1,2,3,6 and 3 drop zeros. Each numbering head can be programmed individually for multiple numbering. Numbers virtually anywhere on a sheet, from lead edge and numbers within .01" of previous number. Auto-Pro Plus II
User friendly menu driven microprocessor controller which guides you through set-ups step-by-step. The self-fanning automatic bottom feeder has been engineered for continuous loading without stopping for maximum production, and because it is bottom fed, any job that has to be run back through the machine a second time will maintain the proper number sequence. The feed rails offer micro-lateral adjustment to keep the alignment of paper for a straight perf and score every time. The caliper paper adjustment is easily set to feed single sheets or multiple part carbonless, even on the open edge. The numbering system consists of two electronically fired numbering heads, which are independently controlled by the microprocessor. Up to 20 numbering strikes per sheet can be accomplished, with number placement anywhere on the sheet, including the upper gripper edge. The standard numbering head is a 7 digit gothic, reverse with 5 repeat sequences, and has an adjustment to setting the amount of impact pressure on various types of stock. Crash print up through a 10 part carbonless form- other numbering styles and No letterwheels are available at additional cost. Perforating and scoring is accomplished on the main roller., before the numbering heads, for maximum control of the sheet.
