SAFC-746F Folder
The Standard Horizon AFC-746F Large-format Folder includes advanced set-up automation through a user-friendly 10.4” color touch-screen control panel that displays all common fold formats and sheet sizes for easy selection. The folder features quick changeover and fully automated setup with up to 45 automated adjustments including in-feed, roller gap, buckle fold, and knife-fold sections. The AFC-746F is very flexible – with 6 buckle plates + 1st knife + 2 buckles under the knife, one buckle standard + 2nd knife. It handles sheet sizes up to 29.1” x 43.3” and as small as 8.3” x 8.3” with programmable memory for up to 200 different jobs. It includes pile feeder with suction head, and has an optional pallet or continuous feeder for maximum application flexibility. Sheet sizes up to 51” long can be fed with the continuous feeder. The AFC-746F also contains a new ergonomically friendly slitter shaft removal system, where the operator can remove the perforation shaft automatically for easier blade setting – a quick releaser lever, internal elevator, and slide out carriage highlight this new feature. A new power stop system, where the transport belt at the knife section selectively slows/stops as the sheet reaches the knife stopper, eliminates bounce-back and damage to the sheet.

AF-406A Folder
The Standard Horizon AF-406A is a small-format automated 6-buckle folder with pile feed and suction head with an optional 6-buckle second unit that can be added straight or cross-wise, for sheet sizes from 1.99” x 3.94” up to 15.7” x 25.6”. Small folds down to .79” can be performed. This provides application flexibility, especially for the insert, outsert, and pharmaceutical markets. The AF-406 has 17 pre-set fold patterns. For production efficiency, 200 custom jobs can be stored in memory for easy recall, with automated make-ready in seconds. PF-40L Folder
The PF-40L combines high-volume suction feed capabilities with the intelligent automation that Horizon products are so well known for. The 1,000 sheet capacity top-fed system is the same suction feed system as is used on both the highly popular VAC Collators and PF-P330 Folder providing for reliable mark-free feeding from static laden digitally printed sheets as well as conventional prints. The PF-40L’s push-button control panel enables any user to set-up for the six most popular fold patterns of standard cut-sheet sizes. The paper size range for the PF-40L is from 5” x 5” to 12.6” x 24.8” and thicknesses from 13 lb. bond to 60 lb. cover without requiring pre-scoring or creasing. Memory capacity allows for easy programming of ten unique fold patterns and/or non-standard sheet sizes to be recalled at any time. Additionally the built in registration guide table keeps sheets correctly registered at its highest operating speed of 390 sheets per minute. The rolling MT-40L base cabinet is included in the cost.

EF-35 Folder

DocuFold Pro Folder
The Standard DocuFold Pro features the easiest set-up of any suction feed folder available. All 6 preset fold patterns are calibrated automatically, as the length guide is set into position. Crisp sharp folds are made automatically for any length sheet up to 26.4" long. Perforating and scoring is accomplished by removing the lower fold guide and inserting the perforating/scoring unit that comes as standard equipment.
